Any damage caused to the rooms will be charged.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, the rooms will be at your disposal from 2:00 pm. In case you should arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know.
In case of late arrival we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period.
On the day of your departure, please vacate the rooms by 10:00 am. Early departure: in case of early departure we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period.

The validity of the reservation, for all purposes, is subject to payment of the deposit, which can be made by money order to our address or by bank transfer to the following bank accounts:

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Reservations may be cancelled only in writing. For cancellations up to 30 days before your scheduled day of arrival, your deposit will be returned to you; if you cancel after this date, you will forfeit your deposit.
In general, EU rules for cancellation of hotel stays and travel apply. Should you cancel a hotel stay or start your stay late or terminate it early, you will be billed for the hotel accommodation for the entire period booked or respectively retain the deposit paid. The international conditions of cancellation apply. (Place of jurisdiction: Brescia).

We accept cash, credit or debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). Checks are accepted.
SMOKING IN THE HOTEL
Smoking is not allowed inside the facility. However, it is possible to smoke in outdoor areas.
PETS
Pets are accepted with prior notice at the time of booking.

HOW TO REACH US
By car:
from Trento - A22 freeway (Brenner/Modena) in the direction of Brenner, exit at the S.Michele all'Adige tollbooth for those coming from the north or at the Trento nord tollbooth for those coming from the south. Continue along State Road No. 43 in the direction of Passo Tonale to the Mostizzolo bridge (4 km after Cles), take State Road No. 42 to Passo Tonale (Trento - Passo Tonale km 90). Ponte di Legno is about 10 km from Passo Tonale in the direction of Brescia.
from Milan - A4 highway (Milan/Venice) in the direction of Venice, exit at the Seriate toll booth; continue in the direction of Valle Camonica through Lovere, Darfo Boario Terme, Breno, Edolo. (Milan - Pontedilegno km 180).
By train:
from Milan - take the train in the direction of Brescia (Ferrovie dello Stato), in Brescia take the train to Edolo (Ferrovie Nord di Milano), once you reach Edolo, continue by bus to Ponte di Legno.
By plane:
The nearest airports to Ponte di Legno are: Milan Malpensa (h 3.00) - Milan Linate (h 2.30) - Bergamo Orio al Serio (h 2.00) - Verona Catullo (h 2.00) - Brescia Montichiari (h 1.45).
By bus:
from Milan/Sesto San Giovanni - take the SAB Autotrasporti bus to the Sesto Marelli/Sesto Rondò/Sesto San Giovanni stop; the Orio al Serio Aeroporto stop is also provided on the route.
From Brescia - take FMNA bus line F27.
